Fire-fighting EI60 sliding gates MBA (Fire Technics) in the underground Parking

We have protected from fire and smoke another residential complex in Obninsk - "Star City". The underground parking lot has a large fire-fighting sliding gate MVA with a fire resistance of 60 minutes. The gate leaf is held by a magnet, in case of fire, the magnet turns off and the gate closes the opening under its own weight. Advantages of such a system: no drive for closing the gate. This means that the cost of sliding gates is significantly lower than roll-up and sectional doors, in which the engine is used. When the emergency situation is over and the fire alarm is turned off, the magnet power is resumed, the gate is manually rolled back to its original position.
